Marina is a consultant at ButtiniMoraes and has been a lawyer for over 10 years, representing national and international companies from many different sectors in highly complex administrative and judicial issues.
As a taxpayer representative, she acts as a judge in the municipal tax council of São Paulo (incumbent member) and in the tax and fees court of the state of São Paulo (alternate judge).
She teaches the master’s and specialization courses at Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários (IBET), and the lato-sensu postgraduate course at PUC-SP.
